Clear Your Mind
Sleeping in. Mind wandering. This had been my recent normal. I don’t know what it is, but it’s not normal at all.
I’m used to being motivated to work out. Stay on top of my things to do. It seems I can’t get a grasp to focus. I’ve even been snacking more than normal. That’s a flag to me that I’m stressed. However, I don’t feel stressed.
What do you do when you feel distracted?
Perhaps my body is reacting to the ongoing episodes of COVID-19. One thing I have been doing, is praying more. I can sense we are in the middle of spiritual warfare that’s for sure. I may have been overlooking my distracted mind in my prayer time but make note I’m coming for it.
If you feel the same way, here’s a few things I encourage you to do until you feel more like yourself:
1. Give yourself grace.
2. Talk to someone who’s a safe placed
3. Get rest
4. Review and adjust your morning/night routine
5. Make better eating decisions
You can get through this. We have power sis!
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
Luke 10:19
Distractions are NOT from God. So, let’s make the proper adjustments and keep taking it one day at a time.
