Clear Your Vision
It’s amazing how a simple eye test can change your perspective. A few questions and analysis and the doctor can understand how to correct your view.
Do you ever wonder how God views you?
It’s so simple for us to just go on in life without truly asking this question. How we answer it can be from the heart or premeditated. More importantly, our behavior truly reveals how we much we believe our answer.
I used to be very hard on myself. I would shrug off compliments and pick apart what I did or said. When I really became aware of how what I thought differed from what scriptures said about me, I realized why I was losing in certain areas.
We see mistakes, God sees a chance to grow.
We see failure, God sees a setup for greater.
We see weakness, God sees strength in calling on Him.
We see someone unusable; God sees His child.
Why would God sacrifice His son if we were not worth something?
Your mistakes don’t determine your value. Don’t focus on that, focus on the victory gifted to you. See the solutions that Holy Spirit provides. See the love God has for you, in spite of you. Just like that eye test, God can correct our vision when we listen to what’s prescribed. Changing our perspective of how He sees us changes the way we operate and view ourselves.
Today, embrace all the moments. Celebrate your wins. See yourself for who you are and not your failures. View the you God built you to be.
